This is an image from a book of Michael Doster photographs. The picture was taken in Munich in 1966, but the book does not credit the designer of the fabulous swing-y top worn over shorts. Is it Dior, Cardin, Heim? We'll never know, but with the thigh high boots and the huge wide brimmed hat, I'm inclined to guess this outfit was by an Italian designer. Forquet? Galitzine? Fabiano? I wish I could tell you.
