When Aaron Kay of Fashion Foundation Australia showed me ATAT's designs, I had one of those moments you have when you can see exactly how all of it would jigsaw nicely with wardrobe ensembles that you have all nicely illustrated in your head (and may or may not own). I could say that there is a bit of Givenchy, Acne and Rad Hourani in all of ATAT's pieces, but more so - there's the element of the edge that you'd look for to add to anything you wear.
So, the wonderful talent behind all this is the lovely Atlanta Reade, who has put so much into her work, with evidently amazing results. I've seen single, 2 and 3 finger rings, statement necklaces, bangles, arm bands, arm cuffs and ear cuffs, with more to be released in March - I'm anticipating this :)

Her design philosophy:
What always seems to come out in my designs is the contrasts between hard and soft, glamorous and pretty, yet tough and street styled. I am always trying to produce a beautiful, proportional, glamorous, piece to be worn with confidence and comfort. Yet, subconsciously the finished products turn out to be all of these combined with a harder edge. And to finish answering this question, “I have to want to wear it or it does not make it into the range"
Where does she see ATAT in 5 years?
I see ATAT becoming a world known brand by 2015, if not already happening by then.
Regularly gracing the pages of the worlds TOP magazines, and worn by TOP celebrities -
I see ATAT selling in department stores like David Jones or MYER, aswell as in all of the TOP boutique, and ATAT Street Jewelz to be selling in street style stores like General Pants, Glue Store and HYPE DC.
I'm sure you'll all agree Atlanta is a very talented and cutting edge (just as I am puntastic) designer!
